Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most important questions about planning, production, delivery and assembly.
Yes.
Our containers, modules, steel frames and custom structures are manufactured in our own plant in Jettingen-Scheppach.
Planning, steel construction, assembly, painting, interior fit-out, logistics and installation are largely coordinated by our own staff and specialist departments.
Yes.
In addition to proven standard sizes, we can realise custom lengths, widths, heights and floor plans.
The technical options depend on the intended use, the structural requirements, transport, the site and the permit situation.
For many individual containers and standard projects, the production and delivery time is approximately 30 working days, or around six weeks.
As a rule, this period only starts once:
- the order has been confirmed
- the agreed down payment has been received
- all technical questions have been clarified
- the drawings have been approved
- the required permits or documents are available
For larger facilities or special constructions, an individual schedule is drawn up.
Yes.
As a rule we deliver throughout Germany and, subject to individual arrangement, can also deliver projects to other European countries.
Transport costs and transport conditions are calculated on the basis of the delivery location, the module size, the weight and the local site access.
Yes.
On request, our own assembly teams take care of the installation, alignment, connection and final assembly of the modules.
The exact scope of assembly is described in the quotation.
Foundations, utility connections and other services to be provided on site can, depending on the project, either be prepared by the customer or commissioned separately.
That depends on the location, the size, the intended use and the planned duration of use.
Mobile or transportable containers can also require a building permit.
The binding decision is made by the responsible building supervisory authority.
On request, we can prepare technical drawings, structural calculations and further planning documents for a permit procedure, or support you during the planning stage.
Yes, our containers can be designed for year-round use.
In our proven standard version we use PIR insulation in the walls, roof and floor, for example.
Depending on the intended use, greater insulation thicknesses, mineral wool, triple-glazed windows, thermally optimised structures and energy-efficient heating systems are possible.
Yes.
Depending on the project, we can integrate the following systems, among others:
- Electric heating
- Infrared heating
- Split air conditioning unit
- Heat pump solution
- Underfloor heating
- WC
- Washbasin
- Shower
- Kitchen
- Hot water preparation
- Fresh and waste water tanks
The exact equipment is defined during the planning stage.
Yes.
Our modules can be arranged next to or on top of one another.
This allows office buildings, schools, day-care centres, residential complexes, social facilities or complete commercial properties to be created.
Later extensions can also be taken into account with the appropriate planning.
Yes.
Depending on the project and the structural calculation, single-storey and multi-storey modular buildings can be realised.
Our experience in steel construction also allows for larger and technically demanding structures.
The price depends on many factors, including:
- Dimensions
- Steel structure
- Insulation
- Floor plan
- Windows and doors
- Electrical installation
- Sanitary installation
- Interior fit-out
- Facade
- Transport
- Assembly
Because we manufacture to individual requirements, we do not publish flat-rate standard prices.
Once we have received your requirements, we will prepare a transparent, project-specific quotation for you.
Yes.
By prior appointment, prospective and existing customers can visit our production site in Jettingen-Scheppach.
There you can gain a personal impression of our production, the materials, the steel frames and the ongoing projects.
