Consulting
We discuss the technical requirements and assess the basic feasibility.
Quotation
The customer receives an individual quotation with a description of the scope of services.
Planning
Once the order is placed, the floor plan, technical equipment and execution are defined.
Approval
The customer receives the relevant drawings for review and approval.
Production
Once technical approval is given, production starts at our plant.
Quality Control
Before delivery, the construction, equipment and functions are inspected.
Delivery
Transport is carried out in accordance with the agreed delivery and logistics concept.
Assembly
The modules are positioned, joined and completed in accordance with the agreed scope of services.
Handover
On completion, a joint inspection and handover take place.

Yes.
Our containers, modules, steel frames and custom constructions are manufactured at our own plant in Jettingen-Scheppach.
Planning, steel construction, assembly, painting, interior fit-out, logistics and installation are largely coordinated by our own staff and specialist departments.
Yes.
In addition to proven standard sizes, we can realise individual lengths, widths, heights and floor plans.
The technical options depend on the intended use, structural requirements, transport, site and permit situation.
For many single containers and standard projects, the production and delivery time is approximately 30 working days, i.e. around six weeks.
As a rule, this period only begins once:
- the order has been confirmed
- the agreed down payment has been received
- all technical questions have been clarified
- the drawings have been approved
- the necessary permits or documents are available
For larger facilities or special constructions, an individual schedule is drawn up.
Yes.
We generally deliver throughout Germany and, subject to individual arrangement, can also deliver projects to other European countries.
Transport costs and transport conditions are calculated on the basis of the delivery location, module size, weight and local access.
Yes.
On request, our own assembly teams take care of the positioning, alignment, joining and final assembly of the modules.
The exact scope of assembly is described in the quotation.
Foundations, utility connections and other on-site works can, depending on the project, either be prepared by the customer or commissioned additionally.
This depends on the site, the size, the intended use and the planned period of use.
Mobile or transportable containers can also require a building permit under building law.
The binding decision is made by the responsible building authority.
On request, we can prepare technical drawings, structural calculations and further planning documents for a permit procedure, or provide support during planning.
