Delivery Time

Delivery Time

The delivery time is confirmed individually for each project.

For many standard projects it is approximately 30 working days, i.e. around six weeks.

Production time begins after:

  • order confirmation
  • receipt of the agreed payment
  • complete technical clarification
  • approval of the drawings
  • provision of the required documents
  • any required permit being in place

Subsequent changes may extend the delivery time.

Delivery Location

Delivery is made to the address stated in the contract.

The customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for the transport vehicle.

In particular, the following requirements must be checked:

  • sufficient road width
  • sufficient clearance height
  • load-bearing access road
  • sufficiently large manoeuvring area
  • no obstructing trees or power lines
  • no parked vehicles
  • a suitable position for the crane or unloading vehicle

Transport Costs

Transport costs are only included if this has been expressly stated in the quotation.

They are calculated depending on the following factors:

  • delivery distance
  • module size
  • weight
  • number of modules
  • necessary permits
  • escort vehicles
  • crane requirement
  • tolls
  • access situation

Risk and Responsibility During Transport

For deliveries to consumers, the statutory provisions apply.

For commercial customers, the passing of risk is governed by the individual contract and the applicable statutory provisions.

In the case of collection by the customer, or of a carrier commissioned by the customer, the customer or their carrier assumes responsibility for transport, load securing and delivery.
