9. Contact by E-mail and Telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry and for any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract. In other cases, the processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

10. Contact via WhatsApp
You can contact us via WhatsApp.
When using WhatsApp, communication data is processed by the respective provider. This may include in particular telephone number, profile information, message content, times of communication, device information and metadata.
Please do not transmit any particularly sensitive data, confidential business documents, official identity documents or information subject to special protection via WhatsApp.
